Shipping policy
IndieBuys ships within the United States.
Where we ship
We deliver to US ZIP codes covered by our delivery partner. Enter your ZIP code at checkout and we’ll tell you right away whether we can deliver there.
How long delivery takes
Orders arrive in 7–10 days from the day you order. Your cart, checkout and order page show the expected dates. Now and then a customs check can add a few days.
What shipping costs
Product prices already include their share of international shipping from India. Each order also has a flat $25 shipping fee at checkout, and it’s free on large orders. Your cart and checkout show it as free as soon as your order qualifies.
Order limit
Each order can weigh up to 20 kg. The cart shows how close you are.
Tracking
Your private order page shows each step: confirmed, packed, out for delivery and delivered.
